Sounds like good old American justice to me:" prosecutors are asking federal Judge Philip A. Brimmer, in a hearing scheduled today, to exclude from trial "all evidence and argument regarding the medicinal applications of marijuana and related issues regarding Colorado state law."
Excuse me, where is the "victim" in this so called crime? Seems to me the only Victim will be Mr.Bartowicz, another victim of the unjust / failed war on drugs.

Denying Bartkowicz the right to present the truth is kangaroo b.s. and should not be happening in the U.S., especially considering the vast majority of Americans support access to medicinal cannabis.

With the broad medical evidence and medical support for the medicinal use of cannabis from esteemed medical groups, like the American College of Physicians and the British Medical Association, the FEDS ongoing war against medicinal cannabis -- especially in the 14-legal states -- is a terrifying, modern-day witch hunt that defames Medicine and defames Justice.
