      <![CDATA[The FEDS are proceeding as if they are not at all bound by the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which is clear that issues not enumerated by the U.S. Constitution -- for instance, health and medical issues, like medicinal cannabis -- are left for each state to decide. The 10th Amendment is a key foundation of Federal Supremacy, but many Colorado Judges are blindly proceeding, as if the 10th Amendment doesn’t exist.
