Though we'd been introduced and sat next to each other at several meetings over the course of several months, Mike was always *so* lofty and cool towards me that at times it seemed he was looking right over me...or through me -- and yes, I *am* saying that he made me feel like I was invisible!

In stark contrast, the very first time I met Peggy Littleton, she didn't talk at or over me -- rather, she spoke *with* me. When I mentioned to her some of my struggles as a starving artist, she looked me straight in the eye and said, "I *will* help you."
