(footnote** since I suspect you lack the ability for abstract thought, the last part was dig in the neighborhood of "spread eagle")

What's ignored in your little ad hom diatribe are any facts or legal principles at all. Ken Buck properly and appropriately refused to prosecute a felony sexual assault case in which the evidence was either insufficient to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, or which was legally inadmissible, and in which the alleged victim had motive, method and opportunity, by her own admission, to misuse the judicial system as an instrument of revenge, retaliation and retribution for being rejected by a former sex partner.

The old saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" exists as a maxim for a reason, and we need look no further than the recent shooting death of a scorned woman who shot her way into an apartment in an attempt to kill the man who jilted her for proof of this.

Unfortunately for the purported victim in this four-year-old case, her own actions are what damaged her credibility, and therefore the strength of her allegations.
