Shall the term limit of the district attorney of<br>
the eighth judicial district (Larimer and<br>
Jackson counties) be modified from two<br>
consecutive terms to three consecutive<br>
terms?<br>

      <![CDATA[These is little doubt that the wording was an effort to dupe voters into thinking that a vote of YES was a vote for term limits...not an extension of existing term limits. How shameful.

      <![CDATA[The key question:  Have the commissioners who are so desperately trying to avoid unemployment done the kind of job for the public that they should be kept in office and was this some intentional 'wordsmithing' on their part to increase the likelihood of getting more votes to extend their OWN terms by confusing voters?<br>
