"B Owenby (retired) spoke about Public Employees PAC and labor unions/teachers unions and the election. He feels strongly that the PPA needs to come together with teachers, firefighters, police, Anilities, Memorial Hospital, etc. Create an umbrella group to have a serious impact on city politics.
