The concept behind a two party form of government is to provide alternate views on the process of governance. With Colorado Springs and El Paso County being a one-party town, one would think that serious work toward improving the community would be possible - yet, with the amount of time spent as little kitties fighting among each other in the litterbox, and the amount of time spent trying to maneuver term limits, how much time is being spent by the Republicans on community needs?

This needs to change.
