      <![CDATA[I have to remind myself that our electricity demand requires coal to generate over 50% of our electricity nationally (almost 70% in Colorado Springs), and that right now most of us are only willing to invest an additional 1% of our energy bill in renewable energy at the utility level. This Solar Garden model is an effective, market driven way for renewable energy sources to contribute to our power generation portfolio.
