      <![CDATA[We get tons of junk mail, 2+ catalogs PER DAY since halloween. The other week, we got 5 credit card offers from United Air Lines / Chase; those fools keep my shredder busy.<br>
<br>
Part of the USPS problem is congress forced them to PREPAY future health care costs of their employees, about $3B+ plus per year, which greatly adds to recent annual deficits.
