When I read the tag line, "Live - elevated!" my first thought was to change it to say "Elevated Living" That would capture the quality of life elements that the city has or could have, e.g. trails, open space, clean air, natural surrounding, parks, art, etc.

Added you as a friend, gapthemind101 but see no way to send you a message directly using the site. That is twice I have seen you post your tag line and I am oblivious when it comes to water issues.

Robert Crum & Jeff Gonyea: The city detail, the birds, the interior mountain line weights & the sun burst elements do not read well large and it is unlikely that these elements will be readable when shrunk down. The logo is very generic & does not seem to match the statement.

Tina Foster: Too many lines of similar line weight & lack of heavy contrast flatten the design out.
