      <![CDATA[What would be the shortfall if land owners did not allow their property to be leased by a company  The understanding  we have is that they need these land leases to get to the mineral even if mineral rights had not been obtained with the purchase of the property. Under mining rules if minerals are found on an adjacent property and the "found"mineral extends under said property, that property owner has no choice but to allow the "continuation of process for the mineral rather paid or not.
