      <![CDATA[I've warned people all along that this mayor wants to get his hands on CSU, most likely to sell it to a big corporate utility (1%ers) who'll jack rates up like the sky high rates people have to pay in Denver or Pueblo. The greedsters want the profits that they can extract from CSU and also Memorial Hospital - if they can get their hands on it too.
