Congratulations to Fixer and to Colorado Springs for making a bold statement that captures the essence of the city. Logos are so much trickier to design than other marketing materials.

They should have gotten in touch with their subconscious before they did this…the logo screams Obama bumper sticker knockoff. Just right for conservative Colorado Springs.

Then it goes on, by their own description, to symbolize that we love the return of the Broncos to gangster status, having gotten rid of Tim Tebow who made John Elway feel guilty about his womanizing, greed, and drinking…glad to celebrate John as an all-American Colorado boy!

Connecting Colorado Springs, the Home of the United States Olympics (which was not mentioned), with the Denver Broncos who live in Denver, not Colorado Springs, applauds paying Peyton Manning $100,000,000, thus purchasing another Super Bowl victory, and symbolizing we have money to burn,

Although that may counter the Obama sticker look alike by appealing to Republicans whose candidate Romney just purchased his presidential nomination for about the same amount…so maybe it all balances out.

They have certainly captured the best of Colorado Springs!
