      <![CDATA[Isn't it horribly ironic, that so-called conservatives who espouse ruthless corporate efficiency and free market theory, actually refer to people like Mr. Hayes as lefties and liberals?<br>
<br>
In reality, what could be more ruthlessly efficient than buildings that are energy and environmentally neutral, thus achieving extreme efficiency in resource use. <br>
<br>
How's that for missing the obvious successes and for being blinded by media campaigns paid for by mega-billion-dollar oil and coal companies who want to keep us addicted to their dirty fuels, with the complicity of our elected officials who're always ready to relieve lobbyists of their satchels crammed with Benjamins.
