      <![CDATA[I like that we're exposing ourselves to different successful cities to see what we can take away from the experience and implement here locally. The problem is I'm starting to think a large part of COS does not want the city to improve.

- TABOR, a Norquist-style device purposefully designed to destroy governments; aided and abetted by a majority of voters who'd rather destroy their own city than improve it.<br>
<br>
- Paying for TWO governments. We're a land-locked county of 600K people, and it does NOT require a Mayor and City Council plus a County Commissioner and staff of Commissioners.
