      <![CDATA[Mayor Bach is considering selling the electric utility to Xcel for close to $1b, which can then go to pay the infrastructure bills that are many years overdue. This mess is all thanks to TABOR, the blueprint for destroying governments....and cities...and counties...and states....<br>
<br>
If the deal happens, expect electric rates to rise by at least 20%, all because a majority of people have bought into a myth that TABOR will hold the line on taxes and spending.
