"According to election law, a candidate must live in a district for 12 months prior to an election date to qualify to run in that district."

There is nothing in written law--which could be considered "vague."

If a person who has not only read election law but undoubtedly understands it very well AND in not inclined to be kind to Republicans thinks there's no ethics problem, then I am inclined to agree.

It seems to me that just as Obama is using every means at his disposal to distract from his record, so also the Liston campaign is taking a page from Obama's book and trying to distract from their candidate's record.

I would also suggest to you that any politician that starts off on the wrong foot--by purposeful misrepresentation has some serious ethics issues going on.
