Character matters in life, not just at the 4 academies. Second off, if the incident of any type is taken to heart by the individual cadet or human being involved then I consider it a success, especially if they work hard to correct what they have done, "GREAT learning experience in life."

Actually, USAFA is a great institution that does emphasize its honor code. Those cadet athletes must be at the top of their game and still survive one of the most rigorous academic programs in the country.

"Actually, the Air Force Academy is using the latest episode to say its honor code works, because most of those caught at cheating took "full responsibility" for their actions."

Ya gotta hand it the AFA for their ability to spin the truth, don't ya? Is there any place more adept at lying?

"As we reported in today's paper, the Air Force Academy is investigating a raft of cadets for cheating on a MATH exam, the latest black eye at the institution that prides itself on its honor code that requires cadets to not lie, cheat or steal or tolerate anyone among them who does."

It was a MATH exam, not a match exam.

And it's not a small number of cadets.
