I read in the gazette a blaha volunteer filed the complaint. No one unassociated with blaha or his bank would have enough interest to do this.

Not sure Cat is right with her response on this one, that of a “baseless charge.” First, and importantly, this appears to be a claim brought forth by a private citizen. Most likely someone from the bank.
