Our highway needs alone could suck up all $74M and still have quite a To-Do list left over.

Our Mayor needs to find other ways to finance a rejuvenated downtown / southwest area, which, when all is said and done, will cost upwards of $1-3B for stadium, convention center, infrastructure, et al.
