      <![CDATA[I asked the city to explain the ownership of sidewalks, and they sent me a notice they've had around since the PPRTA began doing some of these repairs. Hope this helps:<br>

"In 2005, the City implemented a PPRTA program that is designed to assist homeowners with the repair of their sidewalks, curbs and gutters.
