      <![CDATA[Carroll lakes has been there forever...there are so many fish in those lakes it is like there are scuba divers underwater hooking trout on your dry flys...<br>

It used to be really old scrap log sided cabins...very primitive, but now has very expensive stone and glass Texan style summer places. Lovely and exclusive.<br>
<br>
I bet they would give the sheriff a gate key and let him have life time fishing rights.
