The next thing you know you will be telling us the reason the traffic lights are so out of sync is because the streets are so wide.

I have been here long enough to hear all the old excuses for a piss poor city streets department.

When I was young I held the belief that public service in the United States is honorable, that the United States of America was exceptional in the world, that governments in the United States, while flawed, deserved the respect of citizens.

Lionel made cuts only to services residents liked in order to punish us for not voting for his needs and wants...that is when our city lost steam. Hopefully these cuts will be wiser and we can begin to recover from Lionel.
