And 30%? That is the mark up our city owned utilities charges to give big bonuses to the head of utilities and buy all those brand new trucks they drive around, while making us all wait in line for a hour to pay our outrageous bills because the women at the counter have all gone on break.

This is the city making us think they are helping when really it is a cheap smoke screen covering all the new regulations they are going to put in to make it too expensive for anyone to rebuild.

I wonder if any of the money raised to really help folks has been released.
