      <![CDATA[A64 is a hangman's rope for medical marijuana in Colorado. <br>
<br>
It will give the FEDS just enough rope and one more reason to potentially put an end to both A20 and A64.

A64 may pose a greater threat to Amendment 20 than anything the FEDS have done for over a 12 years.<br>

      <![CDATA[The only thing voting yes will do for you is let you show your bag to a state cop, he'll still arrest you for public intoxication if your high, you can still get DUID's up to 30 days after you smoked or however long it takes your body to clean the thc from its system, federal agencies will be able to arrest you still regardless, and on top of that federal agencies will be able to raid marijuana businesses, so while you think this law will protect you its really just going to cause problems. I mean, medical marijuana in this state is being persecuted by people like Dan May already, what makes you think this "pseudo-decriminalization that doesn't actually protect you from much at all" isn't going to have the same thing happen?
