      <![CDATA[Obviously - the comment above relates to whether or not the County tax proposal has ANY support as it is quite clear the PPRTA issue DOES have considerable and wide-spread support.<br>

Sorry to be unclear. Perhaps I could find work writing ballot measures for the county ! <br>

      <![CDATA[A lot of support for the PPRTA measure - which has proven to be of benefit to the entire community - in that even county residents outside the city must travel in the city on occasion and benefit from improved traffic flow.<br>

Is there any support for this measure from any of the entities that normally come out in support of issues they feel important?<br>
<br>
So far - the only 'press' on this seems to indicate there is some feeling this is a rather hastily crafted, ill-conceived - and very ill-timed measure that may, in fact, jeopardize the passage of PPRTA?<br>
<br>
This at a time when voters must also re-live and re-vote the contentious matter of the self-serving term limit these same commissioners foisted upon the public. It would seem prudent that the commissioners re-visit this matter before committing it to the November ballot.
