By the way, a party calling itself the Constitution Party managed to get their candidate, Virgil Goode, on the ballot in several states. If only the libertarians had a political party they might have been able to get Ron Paul on the ballot in some states, too--you think?

What we can go by is the number of times that people have been prosecuted successfully for such crimes.

And the number is ridiculously low.
