      <![CDATA[If that idiot Douglas Bruce, slumlord extraordinaire, is against something, that immediately tells me that it is for the best of the county.<br>

Then looking closer, it makes even more sense. We have seen the expansion of the amount of calls of service, but we haven't seen an increase in personnel.
