The fact is that the street is far to wide, and there are only shops on one side of the street, so nothing to which to connect.

And then without study, citizen input, or for any particular or obvious reason, Nevada is being torn up to put in dividers and plantings, when last year all the grass and trees died because the city couldn't afford to water them..and now in the middle of a drought, economic and moisture, this project.

All of which has to do with people spending our money out of their own unemployed boredom.
