With higher taxes, burdensome regulations, and dysfunctional expensive health care from Obama, I for one will be glad to just zone out, not take responsibility or create jobs (too much trouble and too risky with these higher taxes) and just drift off into socialism...send me my check.

San Miguel (79%) and Pitkin (75%) counties, home to Colorado luxury resort towns Telluride and Aspen, had the highest percent “yes” vote for the marijuana amendment.

Nearly 70 percent of Summit County voters said yes to the measure.

“absent action by Congress,” attempts to change federal marijuana laws would most likely hit a wall. Colorado marijuana users will have to rely solely on Walsh’s discretion.
Under federal law, marijuana possession of any amount can be punished by up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

DOJ could hold up implementation by objecting to specific aspects of proposed regulations, rather than taking on the legalization question directly.
