      <![CDATA[Yes, it would fail us because if a MMJ patient is in an accident, the insurance companies will try to settle before any tickets are resolved and the patient will lose out on the settlement and be found neglegant. It has happened to me before with just an erronous  fail to stop ticket that I shouldn't have been given, so what would prevent the insurance companies from saying that we are inpaired, and therefore, they don't have to pay our claims?

      <![CDATA[says Waller — his suggests a "permissive inference" limit. Basically, that means the accused would have the option of proving to the court why they weren't impaired<br>

      <![CDATA[if they already have impaired driving laws on the books, why on earth do we have to add another one? <br>
<br>
The presumption that thc in ones system indicates intoxication is incorrect and has been proven an invalid measure already.<br>
<br>
Leave it to the lawmakers to keep making laws... even if we don't need them.
