      <![CDATA[I am planning on being there to address this issue. The data related by the States that have medical marijuana regulations indicate that there is a drop in alcohol DUI, Domestic Violence, alcohol consumption, as well as a decrease in teenager’s use of marijuana.

      <![CDATA[If I am not mistaken, the indication coming from the county is there has been no change in their position from their first approval of an ordinance to ban - in unincorporated El Paso county - that which voters approved related to A64. If this is the case, it may be of benefit for a far greater number of citizens to speak before the board on this matter.
