      <![CDATA[With the legalization of marijuana, the biggest impact will be on the state's economy. In an economic analysis conducted by Colorado Center on Law and Policy, the passing of this amendment will initially result in $60 million annually in combined revenue and savings for state and local governments, which could double to more than $110 million within the first five years of implementation.
