      <![CDATA[This is so pity to hear. I mean I know a lot of states are not doing good these days, but being in a top ten means that the situation is really bad for Colorado.

      <![CDATA[This is really a none survey...anyone could easily have this much debt on any given day and still pay it off by the middle of the month. Really easy to have a pet go the vet, go to the ER, need a car repair and rack up this much temporary debt.
