This is always helpful so we know who is for and against America.

Colo Spgs is not, hopefully, typical America. The development class has always raped the landscape without a care that they themselves as a result of their big deals and self aggrandizement live in a second rate city.

So there is a special reason that justifies the contempt liberals have for conservatives in our town...and Lamborn really is a lame brain.

You'd think that the sub-rosa godfathers of COLO SGPS, like Steve Schuck, Broadmoor, Norwood, et al, would find a way to get around or change the prevailing mindset of our local majority, i.e., if those developers are going to develop anything, and increase the general welfare of themselves and our city, there has to be a demand for what they're developing. If industry won't come here, there's no call for more subdivisions and commercial space.

I really think this was presented in somewhat of a 'tongue-in-cheek' manner to provide subtle insight as to why people will not bring their companies here.

In order to open a company and hire many of the unemployed in the region (still at 9%) these companies would have to move talented and sophisticated current employees to the area to assist in the start-up.
