How important an art form is hip-hop? All art forms are important, because the freedom to do what you want is free will. We can't take harsh stances against any particular art form.
Why do you think hip-hop has grown in popularity over the last couple decades? It promotes vanity, which helps drive the economic engine.
What would it take for a hip-hop group from Colorado Springs to make it big? They'd have to have talent, perseverance and integrity, ignore other people's prejudices, and then let the music speak for itself.

What do you like about hip-hop? I think it's catchy.
Who's your favorite hip-hop artist? I like Lil Wayne and Drake, and a bunch of others.
Why do you think it's grown in popularity so much over the last couple decades? Probably because of the lyrics. And like I said, the music is really catchy.
What would it take for a hip-hop group from Colorado Springs to make it big? I think they'd have to know someone who knows someone, and they'd have to make sure to reach the big cities.

Do you like hip-hop music? I like gospel hip-hop more than secular hip-hop, because the message is different. I think secular hip-hop sends the wrong message, and kids are too influenced by it.
