Cowboy Hank and the Art Police Manifesto
With all the beautifying that has gone on downtown, one may wonder, was it hard to choose? And the answer is a resounding "No." The best addition to art downtown this past year was, however temporary, the Art Police's manifesto shrouding Hank. We can only be better off the less we have to look at him. Thank you, Art Police, for giving us momentary relief from the smirking glance of Cowboy Hank, peering out from behind his hat and his copy of the Gazette Telegraph. (CS)
