Best Promoter of Unrestrained Growth

Over the years, Rocky got used to being treated like some kind of hero for doing his job -- bringing scores of businesses to town. Now that they're here, though, Rocky is mad, because the community and its leaders are actually agitating to protect and create healthy neighborhoods and a better, not just a bigger, city. He doesn't understand why those leaders -- people he believes he bestowed power to -- would side with their constituents and their demands that the city reject unrestrained sprawl.
Be patient with Rocky. Maybe one day he'll understand. (CD)
