Restaurant Details

One of the gambling town’s better-known “secrets” happens to be inside the Imperial Hotel, just behind the Red Rooster Lounge. There you’ll find a nightly array of unexpectedly gourmet appetizers (not a bad idea to order and enjoy your appetizer at the bar), and there’s a sumptuous salad bar as well. But the superbly cut and prepared steaks are superior, whether you want a filet mignon prime rib or the classic Kansas City strip. And save room for dessert. It’s worth the drive, and then you can go downstairs and try your luck at the slots.
