Do the chicken dance

Culinary crumbs and gastronomic gossip

Chipotle premiered its naturally raised, antibiotic-free chicken in stores nationwide a few weeks ago, meaning that all meats on the menu come with a side of social consciousness. In Colorado, most come from local ranches and farms.

Manager Braxton Marks of the 17 S. Tejon St. branch notes that he's received some customer feedback about the increased prices (30 to 50 cents for meat items) linked to the chain's "food with integrity" decision. But on point, he says, "Everyone agrees [that] the new chicken is really good."
