"With the recent (Colorado Springs City Council) vote on homeless people (re panhandling on highway ramps), my wife and I thought this would be a good picture. It's a guy who's there constantly, so we asked if we could take a picture and, of course, we gave him a couple of bucks. But our favorite is Mrs. Albany."
