"I was going to call it "And No One Got Wet,' because the ladies were under their umbrellas, and I was dry in my car," said Colorado Springs native Tim Carpenter, who used a German 1934 Leica-3A to take this shot. "The windshield wipers were going, and the ladies were walking fast. If I had tried to focus, they would have been gone."
