As the world gears up for the global summit in Copenhagen, you might wonder what's at stake. Well, from 5:30 to 8 tonight at Colorado College, mingle with local activists and see a screening of The Age of Stupid, a dramatization of the dangers facing a world that remains placid in the face of climate change. The free event will take place in CC's McHugh Commons (1090 N. Cascade Ave., greencitiescoalition.net). If there's time (or instead), head to the W.E.S. Room in the Worner Center (902 N. Cascade Ave., 389-6007), at 7 to see King Corn: You Are What You Eat, a documentary on subsidized crops in a fast-food nation. — John Knight
