When the Founding Fathers first reminded us of our Cthulhu-granted right to pursue happiness, they probably weren't thinking of our equally Cthulhu-given need to imbibe. (Except for Ben Franklin, maybe.)
But we're thinking of it. Often. So below, we've endeavored to compile the happiest hours, most tempting temptations, and the answer to one of three questions we attempted to ask all of our city's sauce joints. Everything in quotes is what an employee or owner actually told us.
Of course, there are probably more places to drink than there are drinks to drink, and we couldn't reach everyone in town. If we missed your home away from home, let us know at scene@csindy.com, or by posting a comment below.

Lookin' for a good time ...
Nobody likes being put on the spot, so it's understandable that we met with mixed (read: no) success when we attempted to get an inspired answer from each of our bars to our fill-in-the-blank query, "Come here if you are ..."
Understandable. But disappointing nonetheless.
For instance, you might think that a place known for drawing rowdy seekers of affection would seize upon some of the more obvious answers out there: "Lonely." "Needing a certain ... I don't know what." "Spooning your couch pillows." "Spooning somebody else's couch pillows." "Spooning the couch."
You might think this would be a perfect time for people to extol their bar's more virtuous virtues, i.e. "Come here if you are": "Concerned about exposure to daylight." "Seeking fine entertainment in the form of things you put quarters in." "Noticing that you haven't slurred 'I lub you' at anyone today."
Lastly, you might think you'd see perhaps the best and only reasons to bar-hop: "Suffering from a debilitating case of not-drinking-a-lot." "Stumbling around confused because the room isn't spinning." "Craving the excitement of the will-I or won't-I walk into the door dilemma." "Sober."
Alas ...
Of course, don't let the absence of these answers deter you from visiting any of the locales listed here. In fact, as luck would have it, every single bar in the city would recommend you visit if you're hungry and thirsty and looking to have a good/fun/enjoyable/relaxed/party time with your boy/girl/friends/family at a cheap/affordable/neighborhood bar where everyone knows your name/drink/eye color.
So salud, l'chaim and sláinte, and don't forget to tip your bartenders.
