Bites 2012
For our money and culinary adoration, none of young owner Raj Kumar's menu items beat the divine, creamy chicken makhani. Still, the stir-fry-like mixed biryani also kills, after a tangy samosa chat app. Sample most widely at the $7.95 lunch buffet.

India Palace has long been a Springs favorite for Indian standards and a great lunch buffet. The outfit came under new ownership in early 2010, and again this past February, so if you haven’t visited in a while, be prepared for minor changes. Springs-raised co-owner Rag Kumar says his mother does the cooking in the family business, having previously cooked at outfits like Taste of India. The new menu features more of a Northern Indian style with more meat dishes says Rag, though vegetarian options still abound. Hours, including the buffet, run seven days a week.
