IQ: Bombs away

Apparently Rumsfeld et al. think those 15,000-pound Daisy Cutter bombs used in Vietnam just won't cut it in Iraq. So we're ready to go with the newly developed MOAB-- "massive ordnance air burst" -- a 21,000-pound bunker-buster bomb that reportedly has the explosive force of a small nuclear device. We -- meaning the U.S. military -- plan to drop these monsters on Baghdad during the first days of the war.

How are you preparing for war? I'm getting closer to God. Because if you really search the Book of Revelation ... it speaks about all of these things that are happening today.

What do you think of the United States vowing to go it alone? I really think that the U.S. needs international help ... even though the U.S. alone could handle it.

Why are we going to war? To keep the terrorists out of the U.S.

What do you think about dropping 21,000-pound bombs on Baghdad? No bombs are justified. But if the enemy is attacking you, you have to have to defend yourself. What should Saddam Hussein do? Turn himself in to the U.S.

How are you preparing for war? I'm not really preparing at all.

Why are we going to war? For oil. [Bush is] kind of using the people over there -- trying to help them out -- [as] a front to the war.

Dropping 21,000-pound bombs on Baghdad? Wow. I think that's totally wrong. There're a lot of people in Baghdad that have nothing to do with the war.

Where is Osama bin Laden? He's probably vacationing somewhere pretty nice.

What do you think of the United States vowing to go it alone? I think the U.S. could handle anything they want to do, so I don't think they have to worry about having help.

Why are we going to war? Oil. And George Bush is upset his dad didn't do it right the first time.

What about dropping 21,000-pound bombs on Baghdad? Whatever gets the job done.

What should Saddam do? Run like a son of a bitch.

Where is Osama bin Laden? Hanging out in Saudi Arabia, living a hell of a lot better than we are.

How are you preparing for war? I've got some food storage and my bills are all paid.

What do you think of the United States vowing to go it alone? They're not alone. They have like 30-some nations that are with them.

Why are we going to war? To get rid of an evil dictator.

What do you think about dropping 21,000-pound bombs on Baghdad? I really don't think they would because they wouldn't want to kill that many civilians. I know there's another bomb they have ... it uses a magnetic field somehow and messes up their equipment.

What should Saddam do? He should go into exile or kill himself.
