A little. It's never good for it to be - that high. -  - How do you think COSMIX went? I didn't have - many dealings with it because I live and work on the - other side of town. It'll be great to have it finished, - though. -  - What advice would you give the new city manager? -  Realize that Colorado Springs is becoming a big - city. Get rid of that small-city attitude towards things.

    Does it bother you that 2007 tied this town's murder record? A little. It's never good for it to be that high.

    How do you think COSMIX went? I didn't have many dealings with it because I live and work on the other side of town. It'll be great to have it finished, though.

    What advice would you give the new city manager? Realize that Colorado Springs is becoming a big city. Get rid of that small-city attitude towards things.

    What's your advice for the Springs' new city manager? Colorado Springs is a great place to live, but it needs better planning. Know what you're up against before beginning a project you can't afford to finish and have to rob other budgets to do so.
