Tuesday, the Department of Commerce reported that retail sales rose 0.2 percent in November, the start of the holiday shopping season.
No thanks to you. No, you're one of those who believes the start of the season is, say, mid-December, when Black Friday has faded to gray. You're in your element when the vibe on Tejon Street has shifted from mad desire to reluctant need.
Well, this is your time. And this Last-Minute Gift Guide is meant to give you a few quick and painless options that suggest you really care. Perhaps even more than you do.
