This is a multi-purpose issue, because we have an extended audience in town.

Long Story Short

Regular readers will recognize this issue as our annual Summer Guide, full of calendars and stories laying out goings-on through the next few months.

This, however, is also a multi-purpose issue, because we have an extended audience in town. Nothing like adding thousands of excited liberals to the usual Colorado Springs mix, with the state's Democratic convention and related events Friday through Sunday.

For our visitors, and locals taking part, we offer a convention guide on our Web site (csindy.com/convention/index.html) as well as other related stories. Delegate or not, you should check out Anthony Lane's piece on voting machines, suggesting 2008 could produce another election nightmare.

So much to read, so little time ...
