Crime drama about a New York gangster who wants to escape his life of crime. His plan ends when he meets a wily Wall Street banker who lets him in on a hot investment opportunity. Starring John Leguizamo, Deliah Cotto and Peter Sarsgaard.


Equilibrium (R)
Science fiction thriller set in a futuristic world where humans are forced to take a drug that blocks emotion. The drug has eliminated wars, but it has also created a society of drones; those caught expressing their emotions are killed. Christian Bale plays a government agent who administers the drug, but who questions the status quo when he misses is own daily dose.


The Hot Chick (PG-13)
A popular, unpleasant high-school prima donna (Rachel McAdams) wakes up to find that she's become a 30-year-old geek (Rob Schneider). She tries to figure out how she can return to her previous life, and in the process realizes how superficial and snotty she's been.
